Let’s just be real for a second. Talking about what makes you who you are is difficult. I love to talk and tell stories but like you, and anyone else in the world, I’m full of contradictions and quirks. And it’s hard to find a way to write about it.
So, I’ve decided that the About section on my blog needs an update. The artist statement on my website is intended to be a bit more formal, expressing my views on art and my desire to create unique photography for my clients.
But the blog….it has an entirely different feel. So, I thought I’d start with a few things that simply stated things I liked or didn’t like. And random facts….who knows, it might just turn into a new section on the blog.
I LOVE surprises!
I strongly believe my chihuahua should be allowed to go everywhere with me.
I despise ironing and can only convince myself to do it when I’m watchingΒ the bachelor/bachelorette.
….which I’m addicted to…as well as Design Star, The Ellen Show, Project Runway, and Say Yes! to the Dress.
I heart the Barnes and Noble cafe.
I’m an over thinker and I’m still learning how to use my filter (the thing between my brain and my mouth)….
My favorite channel is HGTV and one day I hope to host a design show.
I have a soft heart and treasure hand written notes.
Coffee gives me the shakes (I drink it regardless), and I tend to overeat sweets (or maybe just overeat in general).
I say ‘like’ and ‘um’ too much when I’m thinking and I talk even more when I’m nervous.
I enjoy the sound of thunder and love to stand in the rain.
