A fairytale is used to describe something blessed with unusal happiness…I would define Eric + Kayla’s wedding day as this.

In fact, I would describe Kayla + Eric’s relationship as a fairytale. On their wedding day it couldn’t have been said better that God had intentions when he brought these two together….he searched the entire world (and the entire web) to create this perfect match.

They met on Catholicsingles.com although Kayla originally passed over his profile since he lived so far away. But that didn’t stop Eric.

He loves that she loves the beach and has many things in common with him…including the fact that they share their faith. They spent time getting to know each other, video chatting, until eventually he made the trip.

The first time they met, it was in Magdalen Square. This would eventually become the place where they would meet and say good bye, where he would propose, shoot their engagement session, and as of one week ago, spend time on their wedding day.

As of June 2011, Eric moved here and when he officially got a job teaching, he proposed. The happiness and the connection between Kayla + Eric, radiates off of them. When they look at each other, it’s as if no one else is around.

I am so thankful and so happy that God has brought them together. I truly believe in happy endings…and Kayla + Eric have definitely found theirs.

Isn’t Kayla’s ring gorgeous?? Kayla + Eric incorporated lots of bright and torpical colors to reflect their love for the tropics and beachy areas.

When Kayla laughs, she lights up a room! 🙂

Kayla’s gorgeous Cinderella gown. Kayla’s favorite wedding detail was her gown and said that she knew it was hers the moment she put it on and felt like a bride.

Tricia is Kayla’s older sister…and their closeness was obvious from the start. This is a CLASSIC Tricia moment and left everyone laughing!!! 🙂

She was showing us what Kayla looked like when she went to scuff up her shoe soles outside. In the process, she was cracking us up!

Meanwhile, Amelia was with the guys photographing them as they dressed for the occasion.

What a fabulous group of ladies…and their dresses were so beautiful on everyone one of them.

Eric is always laughing…and you cannot help but to enjoy his presence.

Just as their relationship started with video chatting, Eric felt it would be thoughtful…and appropriate to send Kayla a video he made for her to watch before their wedding.

Needless to say…he left the entire room in tears!!!! I was somewhat jealous that Amelia was able to witness and document this SWEET moment.

AH! 🙂 I LOVE LOVE LOVE love.

St. Mary Magdalen is SUCH a beautiful church!

….the moment before she walks through the doors. I love that Amelia and I have the ability to be in two places at once on the wedding day.

This was the part in the ceremony when Father mentioned that God had searched the entire world…and the web for their match.

Kayla + Eric opted to shoot in and around St. Mary Magdalen after the wedding!!!

It was such a fun time..and I’m happy we were able to get some beautiful and loving shots of these two!

THIS. Is what love looks like.

I believe I ACTUALLY squeeled out loud when I took this shot. They turned the lights on in Magdalen Square JUST for Kayla + Eric!

So, we were able to get this incredible shot of them! I believe this is my favorite from the day!

It makes me happy when we’re able to incorporate locations with meaning. This is the actual spot where Eric proposed.

This shot makes me smile.

……As does THIS one!!! They are just SO in love!!!! They literally didn’t take their eyes off of each other during their first dance.

Amelia also grabbed this shot of Eric..being incredibly happy during their first dance.
